I stared selling new homes in 1972 A new home is generally, but not always, the best home for the buyer. Usually new homes sell at their lowest price the first time they are purchased and then start appreciating in value. Normally, they never sell for less than the original purchase price.
My first meeting with a prospective buyer is to determine what type home meets his family's needs and requirements that can be purchased with a payment that does not exceed his budget requirements.
Once a home been selected by the buyer then I search the market for the best available financing. My past experience is extensive in locating financing for the buyer that will normally produce the lowest interest rate best insurance and lowest payment. I try to make the buyers home buying experience pleasant, comfortable and affordable
After closing the loan I can demonstrate to the buyer how he can convert his 30 year loan into a 10, 15, or 20 year loan with little cash outlay and without refinancing while saving the buyer several thousand dollars in interest.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you in your home buying needs. I can be reached at 615-589-1372 Remember renting never builds equity or provides tax breaks or ownership. Take advantage of the new first time buyers $8,000 credit recently passed by congress. This $8,000 does not have to be repaid, "pretty much a gift".
